What This Covers

This policy explains what information we collect through wealth-freedom.com, our Facebook and Instagram ads and lead forms, and our scheduling tools, and what we do with it.

Information We Collect

What you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and any message or answers you submit through our website forms, Facebook/Instagram lead forms, or scheduling page.

Automatically: basic technical data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site (for example, which ad). We use cookies and the Meta (Facebook) pixel for this.

Please do not send us Social Security numbers, bank or account numbers, or passwords through our website or ad forms. We do not need them to schedule a conversation.

How We Use It

• To respond to your request, including calling, emailing, or (with your consent) texting you.
• To follow up on the request you submitted.
• To schedule and hold a conversation with Tim Gerds.
• To understand which ads and pages work, and to improve our marketing.

Calls and Texts

By submitting a form with your phone number, you agree that Wealth Freedom Advisors may contact you about your request by phone, and, if you check the consent box, by text message. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Consent is not a condition of working with us.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, who may use it only for that purpose: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for ads and lead forms; our website host and database provider (Supabase, Lovable); our email delivery provider (Resend); our customer relationship management tool (Close); and our scheduling tool (Calendly). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

How Long We Keep It

We keep lead and contact information only as long as needed to respond to your request and meet legal and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it (see below).

Your Choices

• Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or by contacting us.
• Ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing tim.gerds@wealth-freedom.com or calling (262) 628-1618.
• Cookies and ads: you can limit tracking through your browser settings and your Facebook ad preferences.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or system is perfectly secure.
